The girl her edges are to blurry,
try cutting pieces...(as hard as it is)...not with a soft brush.
The air is orange, so the girl, the moon and the umbrella schould also reflect a little bit of this orange....or you schould look at the blue moon and give the clouds, and the girl etc. a blue reflection.
About the boat, its the same thing.
Well these are some small tips. Maybe you schould look for some tutorials how to cut smething out here on dA
