Can't remember 100% (it was a while ago and I don't have it still on my card), but I think it would have been iso 400, f14, exposure of around 3 or 4 seconds. And I played with the levels a bit in PS afterwards.

could have been longer, tbh I can't remember at all. I am just guessing by the length of the trails lol, for all I know it could have been 20s XD

Nice shot, well composed with strong focal point(s). I'm not entirely sure about the processing though. Notably at the top you have blown highlights which you hadve darkened to grey making them look a bit muddy.
