Description
Magi Abilities (Twilight's first abilities)Energy Conduction: Every living thing has a passive accumulated energy stored in their bodies. The magi's are known for their ability to harness this energy in the form of spells.
Telekinesis: A common skill that manipulates and move objects at will. This can be used against another living thing, provided the caster has enough power. The ability is useless against a target with an exceptionally strong willpower (Rainbow Dash).
Energy Blast: An advanced ability that allows the caster to project a blast of concussive force at range. The skill however has a high cost on the caster's energy reserves.
Arcane Extremities: The caster infuses a small amount of his/her energy into their body, giving the caster enhanced physical power for a short burst. This skill was invented by Twilight's master. Zekorah in response to magi's over reliance on long range attacks and weakness in close range combat.
Flash Teleport: A high level utility skill that teleports the caster a short distance. Its low cost on the user's reserves allows the caster to use it several times in without exhaustion. However the caster cannot use the ability without a clear vision of his her destination. During Twilight and Rainbow's fight, RD was able to exploit this weakness by watching Twilight's eyes, predicting the direction of the teleport.

Update note: After reading a certain comment, I just realized the description looks similar to what you will see on a champion skill overview from League of Legends. Maybe I'll continue this in another upload and draw Twilight in an isometric view just like in the game, just for the heck of it.

Wow, seems like I have been away from DeviantArt for an age, much less critique'd any of your works. Good to know that we both are continuing to brony on.
1. Expressions... Always keep in regular practice with expressions, you want to get to the point where you do the base expressions naturally with little effort, then you can expend focused efforts upon the detailing of those expressions, which is what makes those expressions...expressive.
2. Vigilante Outfit... The light-purple on her bodysuit is NOT a good artistic call here, it clashes badly with the dark-purple, and is negatively conflicting with the dark-colour themes of Twilight being a Vigilante (Magic) Hero. Your theme for Twilight has been "Dark Knight" Batman, with its night & shadowy themes; not Bronze Age Batman, with its light-grey and bright-blue "na-na-na-na, na-na-na-na" themes -_- . So I would highly advise dropping the light-purple of her bodysuit, but you can keep the subtle light-purple contrasts for the interior of her front-clasping cloak, as long as the dark-purple takes precedence.
3. Conversely, the subtle "glow" of her six-pointed star chest-emblem is an excellent depiction. As a suggestion, as Twilight connects and bonds with her friends (her fellow Elements, and Spike), her chest-emblem can also begin to further resemble her canon Cutie Mark. For example, when she harnesses her full potential, the five other smaller stars emerge, dance, and sparkle (pun intended) around her chest-emblem; and with Spike, the white background star emerges and enhances her chest-emblem purple star.
4. Energy Blast vs. Mystic Blast... A bit of comic-book veteran advisement here.
~ a. First, I would suggest changing the name of the attack to "Arcane Blast" or "Mystic Blast", to reflect Twilight's (Unicorn) Magic Hero nature.
~ b. Second, for artistic (comic book) portrayal, Magic Heroes generally (if not "traditionally"), do not project their attacks via fist. NON-mystic heroes (mustants, battlesuits, aliens, etc.) project with a fist. Magic Heroes generally project via a gestured hand, or at worst/base, a flat hand. Prime examples include Doctor Strange (mostly gestured hands), Doctor Fate (mostly flat hand), or Zatanna (uses both).
5. Teleportation... Portraying telportation is an exercise in subtle detail, generally depicted in two fashions.
~ a. Multiple Points. Best exampled by X-Men's Nightcrawler, when Kurt Wagner uses his "bamf!" teleportation power, it is often portrayed showing his previous positions in the same panel/page as well as his final teleport point, thus the reader sees the "movement" of the X-Men's swashbuckling teleporter.
~ b. "Window" Teleportation. Another often-used technique is to show a "window" behind the teleporter's exit-point portraying where they originated from. For example: the teleporter jumps from Central Park to Grand Central Station. While the greater scene shows the teleporter in the train station, a small "window" of the closing teleport-portal shows the wooded park area from whence the teleporter came from. This technique, rather obviously, takes more [time + effort], but evokes greater clarity to the reader that the character has indeed teleported.

I still think her superhero costume looks like Mysterious Mare Do Well. If I recall, you even had Rainbow Dash call her "Mysterious Maid Do Well." I seriously think that should be her name or something similar to it. Mysterious Maiden? Maiden Mystery? I don't know...

Wasn't really familiar with him, always assumed he just flew. Anyway Twi will gain flight but that is so way off from now. She can do a makeshift aerial move by teleporting mid air several times.

Yeah, Electro doesn't really fly, he rides positive and negative charges between air molecules. He is more mobile in an area that's heavier charged.
I assume Twilight can copy his teleport punching?

If you mean by performing a punch then suddenly teleporting next to her opponent, then yeah. Otherwise she uses the teleport similarly like how Nightcrawler uses his.

The old teleport spam strategy. Please nerf, too OP. Not really though. Same weakness as all teleporters with still human reactions. Except with a ton more magic to go with it
