Description
This is one of the photos that I took at Shutocon 2014 in Lansing, Michigan. I went outside of the Convention Center and took this photo along the Grand River Boardwalk. I was awe struck by the beauty, pose, and wonderful outfit that this Sailor Neptune cosplayer created. I thought that it was a nice touch that she was wearing sun glasses.
She is doing a "Deep Submerge" attack pose.

Sorry I can't take credit for the Sailor Neptune outfit because I was the one taking a photo of her. I saw her a few times during the con and she wore the sun glasses the whole time which I thought was really cool.
