You will find three files
1st File > Install Speed Dial 2 Extension from Google Chrome Store
2nd File > Install Metro Speed Dial
3rd File > Open the "Import Code.txt", now from New tab in Chrome > Right Click > Options > Import/Export > Import Settings
Paste Import Code and dont close the importing windows for one minute even though it says import successful

Sorry for the issues, Everytime I update files they stop as soon as the plugin updates as it changes the directory name
So I am working on making my own plugin
Will update in a week hopefully, have patience till then
