I was wondering if people would be able the detailing on the flag and the struck off names on it...

Oh I didn't notice the names first, my bad, that a clever idea. Is that the names of people who fall for freedom? Probably in the afternoon  wasn't enough lighting to notice the white letters, now it visible good.

Yeah the visibility was a bit of a doubt in the beginning. They are names of the people who've fallen and who were close to the character in the visual in one way or another.
