I've recently started experiencing sleep paralysis. I close my eyes since I don't want to see anything, thinking that it'll make it easier. But then it gets in bed with me and starts touching me. :/

Yeah, I'm usually on my stomach when it happens and even if you don't see anything, the feeling that someone or something is there won't go away. I've had it on and off since childhood. It's one reason when I was little I believed in ghosts. I don't anymore since now I figure people who think they see things when they're in bed are more than likely experiencing sleep paralysis. You don't necessarily have to be frozen to still have the visual and auditory hallucinations associated with it. It's completely normal and natural, but still sounds crazy and is definitely among the most terrifying things I've ever experienced in my life. I'm sorry you experience it too

Such things used to be a common sight for myself and many others, because I lived in a home where a man was buried in the basement. I'm not trying to be disrespectful to you in saying that, but I thought it might interest you.
