I absolutely love this! You drew 18 so defiant and powerful, that she literally just pops out from the picture! The details on the rock cliffs and on her jacket are excellent. I would absolutely love to paint this personally if you had the HD version of it. Of course, all credit given to you, I just haven't found any pieces of anything DBZ I have felt that is worthy to paint until now.
