Things were going well for Ren. All until a sudden illness struck him one fatal trip into the Metaverse. After that day he started to notice that with each passing day, he was getting smaller and smaller all the way until just about a few inches tall. At first his friends and fellow thieves agreed to look after him maybe even figure out why this happened to him. But as days turned into weeks the girls started to feel like it was just too much of a burden to have to look out for the tiny guy... pretty soon after a month or two the girls decided at his size, they could do whatever they want with him. Why should they be tending to his every need... it should be the other way around.

A few more months later and the gang seems to have stopped looking for a cure altogether. This was life for them now. They quite liked this new life of theirs. And their tiny new pet... well it didn't matter what he thought.
