I'm loving the way you coloured this piece, especially on Godzilla himself. He has a shiny look to him that is very pretty and works well with the lighting. Speaking of the light, the mouth lazer is my favourite part of the art ans I like that has a rougher look to it and the impact 'splash' it made on impact is very nice.
However, with this points in mind consider the following:
Though the shine is nice i think if you made Godzilla scaled it would look a lot better as well as be closer to the source. It would also allow you to play with shadows  and light more, which in turn will make Godzilla look less flat and more 3d. Also when colouring try and change the hue when working with shadows and highlights. For example for shadows change the hue from blue further to purple and for highlights change it to a light blue on the colour wheel.
And a apart from maybe thinking of a background (im no good at drawing them to but trust me your art would look great with one) and maybe some shading on the claws and teeth, this art is cool!
A solid 7/10 from me. Good job

The shading is pretty nice,
But it does go outside the lines hear and their.

The colors are really great!
And the lighting is cool too.
