Description
I've had this idea brewing in my mind. I find the whole ssj thing got ridiculous as the series went on I mean the lead up to ssj1 had it to be the legendary power that only 1 person could achieve and it really felt god like vs freeza. By the time GT had come around ssj1 was nothing. Goku only went ssj1 for minor characters.So basically this picture is my whole thoughts on ssj4.

It was my view on how over the top the ssj transformations became. The ssj1 was a legendary transformation that was the only thing that could stand up to Frieza, the god amung mortals. Fast forward to ssj 4 and that power is of a ssj is so pathetic that a random warrior in the universe could handle it no problem.
There's my explanation anyway

Ah wow, I never realised I made something simimlar to ssjblue. I dont mind them honestly. I'd still like to have seen ssj2 be the top power though

SSJ4 Goku: "Ahhh!"
SSJ Goku: "Yeah! How do you like that?!"
SSJ4 Goku: "...Just kidding. That didn't hurt at all. It only tickled like a tiny feather."
SSJ Goku: "W-what?!"
SSJ4 Goku: "...My turn." *Punches SSJ1 Goku in the gut*
SSJ1 Goku: "-*" *Transforms back to normal Goku after get punched by SSJ4 Goku and passes out.* 'Thud!'
SSJ4 Goku: "Sorry, but you're no match for me. However, since you're my past self I'll let you live. Goodbye." *Teleports away.*

SSJ4 Goku: Well I struggled to life a building
SSJ Goku: Damn you suck

SSJ4 Goku: "Hey, you try lifting the whole city off the ground. It's not easy."
SSJ Goku: "Hah, I can do that too."
SSJ4 Goku: "Fine, then prove it." *Stomps the ground and makes a huge crack around the city that causes the whole city to stink below ground level.*
SSJ Goku: "Wha- You crazy-" *Dives under the crack and tries to lift the whole city.*
SSJ Goku: "Ugh! Damn. My SSJ1 power's not enough. Time to go SSJ3!"
SSJ3 Goku: "Ugh! Dammit! It's still not good enough!"
SSJ4 Goku: "Well? Still think I suck?"
SSJ3 Goku: "Okay, okay! I'm sorry about the building commet. Pls help me lift this thing."
SSJ4 Goku: "Alright, step aside." *Lifts the whole city until the ground fit back into place*
SSJ3 Goku: "...Alright, I admit it. You're stronger than me."
Goku actually was only holding the building into place so he and Vegeta can stay hidden inside the building so they can do fusion without Omega knowing. However his plan didn't work as there wasn't enough room inside the building to do the fusion and Omega eventually fingured out what Goku was up to and blew the buiding up. Remember?

Goku lifted a mountain whilst fighting freiza and I also remember ssj4 goku being afraid because Syn Shenron destroyed a city in 1 blast which is something demon king piccolo did.
Everyone is weak as hell in GT.
