Hate ta tell ya, but since Undertale is owned by Toby Fox there is no way in heck that it'll ever be on the shelves of a bookstore. Barns&Nobles or otherwise.
That said, it's pretty cool Toby is allowing people to sell fancomics (though he prefers them to only be sold in person via conventions if I remember right, so that it avoids people making tons of money off of his work). So unfortunately if you're ever going to want this comic you'd have to find someone to order it for you online, or find a way to shop for it online yourself.
