I think this is a great picture!    I really like how the paint doesn't look like paint but instead its more of a mossy green slime looking.  It would have been more stimulating to the viewer if the background was in the swamp or a forest like the other commenter said.  But for the most part I think it's really good!  You're a very beautiful girl btw, keep up the great work!

Feedback: I am not sure what you were going for here, the name of the photo is "Primitive" and I stumbled upon the photo by searching "Native American." So I guess the correlation is suppose to be that Natives are primitive...? But ignoring that, I don't see how slapping green slime(?) on the models face makes her primitive. Maybe if the shot was done in a swamp instead of what looks like a studio the concept would come across. In addition, there is too much of a pattern to the green slime, which makes me think more of war paint, which would be more indicative of Native Americans and not really so of primitive man. Maybe if the slime was more randomly smeared on her face it would have worked a little better (also dirt would have been better too). Just my thoughts.

I guess the problem is that I didn't really know myself what I was going for. This is partly why I want feedback. I was stressed out over an assignment and my idea didn't work out, I didn't get the paint as I wanted it, so I modified it further into green. About the title, as you can tell on the other image ("Her") I didn't have any idea what to call them. Alas, it turned out like it did.
But it has nothing to do with American natives, because I'm Swedish. I did write 'native' in the tags though, because it came to me when I was looking at the picture.

So, a badly planned shoot, but I still want to explore it further with the help of others. And so it ended up here.

Planning is not everything though, sometimes off the cuff is just as good. Not sure if you HAD to use paint for the project, but take a look at this: [link]

It is kind of a similar idea, but more randomly placed. Now minus the flower and ignoring that this is your sister, and I think this may be a "Savage" idea for you to explore.

Indeed, thanks for the idea. It might be a bit hard now, because it's winter up here. But what I was really trying to do was "Identity", and it didn't really work out. I'm clueless on how I'm supposed to make good pictures with the theme "Identity".. And I have to do it somehow.

Heres and Idea, a picture over the should over someone bending over a rail/bridge/ledge/etc... looking into the water, but the image in the water is a faceless reflection of themselves.

Haha, yes. I made it myself. First try also, so it didn't really come out as I wanted it to.
