If i remember correctly that staff changes in size,in case you have attacks using that abillity
then i suggest you to take a look at Soulcalibur 3's Custom Char. class,Saint for refference.
It might help you a bit with the concept.
p.s. If this is Z2 Inspired i would love to see her as an official Z2 char.

That's the same style my Custom Char had in SC3, so I know all about it. Chi-Chi's movelist has already been written out and changed 100 times over - I wish that was an exaggeration. I just wrote out my FINAL plans for her over the weekend. I just have to draw everything out now.

P.S. In case she will be Z2 oriented (graphically she is in Z2 style)

She was planned on being a Z2 compatible from the start. All that remains, is to sprite it all out.
