Same with Nidoking. Charizard and Nidoking are the most startling, but I like to think that the pokedex size is just an average, and that it may very between them, you know? Like with dogs, cats, other animals and humans.

yeah, and I think they even showed that size differs in the anime as well as the books. The episode pikachu almost leave ash for all the other pikas, and the one with the tiny ryhorns and nidoqueens and what not, and then in the books they all just differ as well, so it would make sense in the game too.

I know right? I keep wanting to draw him but have yet to, I think I may do that tonight! haha, I may also watch the anime again for this season, from the looks it's not bad. Ash has all starters, the little bird, pikachu, and pantslizard for his team. :3 that alone is promising. Kinda reminds me of the kanto and johto arcs.

In sinnoh he didn't. nor in Hoenn. Hoen all he got was a treeko, and in sinnoh he didnt get piplup. so this will be the first time since johto that he'll have them all, and also the first time since he started letting all his pokemon evolve

but tepig's evolutions just ruined it for me :c

I agree, they're all cute, but like you said, Tepig's evo chain ruined it, as did the typing. We don't need a 3rd fire/ fighting starter. :\
And I'm getting both games, so I'll be getting Snivy on black and Oshawott on white I believe. I'll trade over a Tepig to one just so I have him, but I don't intend to use him as a legit starter for a go through of the game.

Oh, umm, ulgamoth? Or something like that. Yeah, he's awesome, but I've never really been one for bug types, maybe I'll try him on one of the games anyway and see how it works though.
And yeah, I'm pretty lucky to be getting both, but I've had them preordered for over 6 months now. I had the money back then and didnt need it, so I tossed it down on those. They're my bday present to myself, since they come out literally 1 week after I turn 21!

Haha, with out games and books my life would be soooooo boring, music too. Those are my 3 non-living needed items. Haha, and same, I love seeing photographs of photographing animals! And the zoo is one of my fav places, I love all the animals there, even the lioness who tried to attack me through the glass on my 20th bday. That was crazy, scary and awesome all in one! haha, also, my gallery has some nice shots of various types of animals if you'd like to see, you don't have to, but I have the best of my last 2 trips to the zoo and a trip to the desert museum.

Yeah, almost no one was there but my family and a friend of mine, and they left to go see something else, I was crouched down behind the glass to take a photo, I look up one moment and GIANT LIONESS RUSHING THE GLASS! She jumped at it and bat at it like 7 times. I screamed and fell back. Ironically enough, my (now ex) Step dad told my friend to go see what happened and see if the lion tried to kill me. He said that jokingly. Irony huh? It was an amazing experience though, I'll never forget it. Second time it happened though, back in like, kindergarten, a polar bear tried to get me from under water. That was insane too, hahaha.
I rarely go as well because its such a far out drive, but I love when I do get to go.
And I hope you enjoy what I have there! They were what I thought to be the best of what I could get, I've gotten a better camera since then, so I want to go back and see if I can do even better!

Haha, yeah, I wish I did take a photo, but I was on my butt staring up at her too scared to move, and it all happened so fast. Hahaha, and I'm very happy with the snake photos, they came out better than I could have thought, same with the bobs. I want to go back and rephoto the bobs though.
