Description
These were some old asf species I made a long time ago, so I decided to re-design them and give them more information lmao.
I'd be lying if I said that these were not kind of inspired by Lewis from the Mystery Skulls animation lmao

I also might add some more stuff as the species develop ;w;
Also, If you had already made a skele-pony based on the older version from some years ago, you can keep it. You do not need to pay any of the following prices. uwu

Some Info / facts:
- They interact with other species very well. This rule does not apply for every one, however.
- They do not age.
- They do not have cutiemarks.
- They can sometimes see spirits/ghosts/etc, since they have conection to 'the other side'
- They can heal quickly and take a lot of damage. They are also very tolorative towards pain.
- There can be genderless skele-ponies.

Some more traits and rules:

- General | Apply to every rank -

Basic Traits:
// skull marking // black sclera // bones on back // dark skin //

- Horns are normal. Wings, however, have either bone patterns on them, or are solely consisted of bones. Some of the ones conisted of bones have aura around them, allowing the pony to fly.
- No matter their rank, some skele-ponies' manes can turn into fire manes when they become infuriated. The same thing can happen with eye smoke. Keep in mind that a skele-pony can not posses both, though.
- The aura colour between tail and hooves, for example, can not differ. All skeleponies have only one aura colour. The only exception can be the eye smoke.
- Despite the rest of the bones and markings' colours, the skull can be white.
- The markings usually consist of light colours.
- Their markings also glow in the dark, and become more neon-y under blacklight(s).
- Also, feel free to add as many bone markings as you like. I just liked mine simple. xD

- Common -

Special Traits:
// coloured hooves //

- Their bones and markings consist of only one colour
- Common skele-ponies have normal manes. They usually conist of one colour, or maybe some highlights of gradients of the same colour.
- They also have normal tails. They can be any length, and any style.

- Uncommon -

Special Traits:
// skeleton tailts // two colours on bones/markings //

- Their bones and markings can have two colours max. The colour pattern can be anything, you don't have to follow the pattern on the guide.
- Some uncommon skele-ponies do not have manes.
- The ones who do though, can have two colours on their mane. However, the colours on their mane are close in the colour spectrum. (ex. Blue and Purple)
- A trait all uncommon skele-ponies have is a skeleton tail without any hair.

- Rare -

Special Traits:
// Tail aura // Hoof Aura // Pernament eye smoke //

- Rare skele-ponies naturally have the eye smoke trait, without being angered. Once angered though, the eye smoke turns a darker shade of their aura.
- Rare skele-ponies can have aura coming out of the back of their hooves.
- They can also have aura coming out of their tail. Though, a skeleton tail is required for this trait.
- Also, the hoof aura can either be used at all hooves, or only the front or back hoove, depending on what you like most.

- Very Rare -

Special Traits:
// Tail Flames // Hoof Flames // Transparent Legs // Heterochromia // Flaming mane //

- Some Very Rare skele-ponies can have the same aura that Rare ponies have on their hooves as well. However, it is more common for them to have flames instead of aura.
- Again, the flames can either only be present in all hooves, or only back or front hooves, it's up to you. The same goes for the transparent legs trait.
- Of course, Very Rare skele-ponies can not possess both hoof aura/fire trait and transparent legs trait.
- The Very Rare skele-ponies can also have heterochromia. (different coloured eyes)
- Their mane can turn into flames if they are angered.

- Legendary -

Special Traits:
// Can be an alicorn // Shaped pupils // Longer bone tails // Pernament Flaming Mane // Soul Tail(s) //

- Legendary skele-ponies have shaped pupils. They can consist of any shape.
- They can also have dragon-like tails consisting of bones, which was ot mentioned in the picture above.
- The soul tails also consist of aura only. The only difference between the ordinary aura tails and the soul tails, are that the soul tails have a creature-like form. The "creature" usually only hs teeth, but creatures with eye-like shapes exist too. These can be used as protection, or even as companions to the skeleponies. Some skeleponies also have two of those.

And for the sake of not overdoing it with the ones who are higher in the rarity rank, there will be some prices.
Also, the only way you will be able to get any of the unavailable traits is via adopts and customs.
