we found him knee-high in mud and waste that was infested with flies. he was forced to eat hay so bad it was black on the inside. notice the malnutrition in the legs and stomach. he wasnt groomed, and that meant that his hoofes became so long that it was awkward for him to stand. had the owners continued to let them grow, he wouldnt be able to walk. but look at his eyes. so we rescued him.
