This looks great!
Vision: When I first saw her, she is a really cute girl! I love how she looks so innocent, but when I look closer, then there is the shading and the hair, which will be said on technique.
Originality: You know why there are four stars.
Technique: This may be lengthy, just to warn you. First thing would be her hand now that I look at it. I wish that I could have seen the lines on her left hand to show that it is actually a hand. The next one would be her arm. I used to have that problem as well, so I understand where you are coming from. The arm should be a bit more skinnier and be about the same thickness as it is when it is standing to the side. Regarding shading, it seems to be all over the place in the hair and in the dress. I suggest shading it a little bit less or do it in bigger chunks. Her hair shape looks great, but I believe that those ends could have been a bit smoother or rounder. But, I love the shading of her garter, skin. I really like the clothing folds regarding her dress (the belt could maybe have used clothing folds) and her expression is really good~ I am envious of how well you draw flowers~ The background with it suits her well!
Impact: Overall, it is such a cutie! The shape, the form, is pretty impressive!
