Full name: Vincent Glocklile Ubermire.

Age: 15.

Occupation: Leader of the Cyborg Commandos.

Appearances;
Before augmentation: Tall, buff and broad shouldered. Has black hair and dark grey eyes along with semi tanned skin. Usually wears a german camouflage jacket with dark blue jeans and black boots. On certain occasion he'll wear a full West German military uniform.
After Augmentation: Half a foot taller but just as buff and broad shouldered. The only physical differences are the two biomechanical legs, arm and eye. Wears a black and silver uniform that is covered in burns, tears, blood stains, and hasty repairs. Over the uniform he wears a titanium alloy armor and a exoskeletal frame that assists him with his new biomechanical modifications.

Bio: Vincent was born in Berlin Germany to a family that had previously escaped the Eastern Bloc and had now adjusting to life in the formerly British held zone of West Berlin. Vincent spent most of his childhood in Germany, however he was curious about other European and American cultures and wanted to see what life was like for the rest of the world. His wish was granted when he noticed a number of kids hanging around a decommissioned and abandoned Soviet military base. Upon approaching them he discovered that these kids were a part of the European branch of the newly formed United Kids Alliance who were at the base to acquire a number of tanks and jets for the military. Vincent offered to lend his (and his younger brother's) services to the soldiers in exchange to travel to their intended destination, the United States. Upon arrival he found himself thrown into the Winter War and on the battlefield rather than exploring the US, being raised in a very military district he decided not to desert and instead fight, soon learning who the UKA was and why they were fighting the KND and how this war could shape the world as he knew it. However during one major battle Vincent was hit by an explosive, costing him his left arm, both his legs and his right eye. In order to save his life, General Lawrence Rogers authorized the use of experimental Biomechanical augmentations in an attempt to save his life. After several months Vincent had been revived and rebuilt into a new breed of super soldier, and for several weeks Vincent had trouble adjusting to his new life as a half human/half machine hybrid. Eventually when he had gotten used to his new form he credited the UKA for saving his life and condemned the KND from nearly taking it and from that day on he swore that he would spread as much carnage across the KND organization as he could.

Behavior: Strict, formal and somewhat assertive. He tends to stay silent most of the time but around close friends he becomes more open about his feelings and has been known to be rather humorous and carefree. When in a military environment he becomes very assertive and professional, allowing his heritage to take over. He prefers to be alone or with his fellow Cyborg Commandos but he has been known to interact with various other UKA personnel. Vincent knows that he is intelligent but tends to diswain others from mentioning it, feeling as if the reason behind it is from the augmentations.

Likes: Old music. Quiet settings. Learning about various cultures. Exploring. Being with his extended family. Flying. Using his jetpack for flying. Painting. Spending time with his younger brother. Being with his close friends. Exacting his revenge against the KND. Reading. Experimenting with machines and robotics.

Dislikes: The KND. The KRCA. The TUAF. Wet weather. Hot days or locations. Modern day music. Messy rooms. Disorganized rooms. Incredibly dirty rooms. Cold weather. Repairing himself. Getting dirty from battles. Spicy foods.

Weaknesses: Vincent, although a very effective leader and Commando, prefers to work alone on missions which puts him at risk for capture or death. He also tends to have violent outbursts around anyone in the KND, this also applies to UKA soldiers who were once in the KND before the War for New Earth. He saves up his built up anger and releases it during battles but he has to self evacuate the fight before he tires himself out or else he'll be vulnerable.

He has also never gotten over his grudge against the Kids Next Door for nearly killing him but he will work with operatives if under orders from Lawrence, whom he has deep respect for. Even though he's now half machine Vincent still uses his free time to learn about the various Galactic cultures of the numerous systems so that he can teach his commandos how to behave if on a certain planet. During downtimes between battles he likes to keep to himself and paint whilst listening to old music from his home country which he finds to be relaxing.
