Description
A rather dated interpretation of my thoughts and feelings of the central Chinese during 1850-1864. If you squint, you can see Queen Victoria and Empress Cixi.India Ink, gouache, watercolour, coloured pencil, white gel pen, finetec metallic watercolour, and a whole lot of patience for grainy photographs.

Absolutely!! The only mistake I see at all is with Victoria's hand that is holding the teacup, but the composition is absolutely stunning. So is the emotion; you can tell what everyone is feeling even though two of them don't have faces.

Ah yeah, I very much dislike how that bit turned out.. But it really is so nice to know that a lot of what I'd wanted to get through has despite a literal myriad of mistakes and perhaps the universe telling me continuously to stop.
