Lester Buchinsky's brother Kamen was the original Electrocutioner, Kamen was a pretty lousy Vigilante and tried to take out Two-Faces henchmen as well as blowing up a munitions case. Kamen was killed by his brother at the request of Two-Face but not before Kamen shocked Lester with his gloves which leaves him very disfigured. With the mantle empty, Lester stepped in and took up the title and became a hired thug. After Two-Face was caught by Batman, Electrocutioner went into hiding in Star City, after running out of money he was hired to murder Black Canary by the White Triad only for him to fail miserably. He would later work with Cluemaster and have a good friendship together. Lester was the braun of the operation and Cluemaster was the brians, they had varied success until Lester was hired to take out Cluemaster by the Riddler. To help his friend out Cluemaster faked his own death to get Lester better mercenary jobs.

He eventually became more skilled as a villain and has worked for Blockbuster. He was active in Bludhaven during that time. He has also worked for Penguin, Ventriloquist, H.I.V.E, Tattooed Man, Brick and Clock King. He was eventually drafted into the Suicide Squad after Black Canary and Green Arrow caught him trying to assassinate the mayor of Star City. He has been locked in Belle Reve ever since.

Powers & Abilities:
Electrocutioner wore a suit with circuitry that let him generate electricity from his hands. Electrocutioner controlled the amount of electricity generated, and could stun or kill a target with it. He was training to be a UFC fighter so he uses brutal combat in battle, he was found to be using steroids so he moved onto crime to use his muscle there. He knows how to use a knife that is also a taser it is faulty because he made it himself until Cluemaster repaired it.
