2018 version

I was very proud of this one when I made it, but I quickly grew to hate it because of just how bad the clefairy anatomy is. I didn't even realize how skinny Ziggy had gotten. Part of the blame was from the fact that basically every drawing of Ziggy before this one was a meme depicting him as a grotesque man , a monster , or a cryptid (I *think* that one was drawn before this picture and just uploaded later but I can't be sure. Regardless, this was the sort of thing I was doing with him that got me in this mindset). Then I just didn't know how to reel him back without losing what made him recognizable as Ziggy in my mind.

2020 version

Very fun redraw - my first focus was of course correcting that anatomy. I considered a few possible different poses/compositions but in the end I wanted a more direct redraw just so I could see where I have improved as well as depicting my original idea in a way I'm proud of. I would very much like to draw this again in a few years and explore alternate ways I can show off the concept, but until then I'm satisfied.
