An aspect I really wished the PMD series touched upon was what happens to the family of the protagonist after they go missing. Assuming there isn't any 'flow of time is different for both worlds' shenanigans going on, I would think a close family member just up and disappearing would be something that would send a shock down the family's spine. This definitely something I hope to touch on more as the story goes on.
