Name/s: Rui...pronounced ROO-ee (I also call him Baka-Neko but that's not an official nickname for him LOL)
Species: Nekomata
About: Rui is a malevolent Yokai spirit, he was once very greedy for power and wealth, but was collared and tamed by a dragon king. He was close friends with Feng, but Rui became jealous when Feng grew affectionate towards another.
Rui has the following powers:
To walk on hind legs, he does this all the time and his body has evolved over time so it looks rather awkward when he does walk on all fours.
His species can eat anything, no matter the size or whether it's edible or not. He can even eat poison and be unaffected.
He can create purple fireballs.
He can talk.
He can shapeshift, note; shapeshifting is easier for him when he's eaten the being that he wants to turn into. For example. If he wanted to look exactly like the dragon king then he'd have to eat the dragon king. Otherwise it's waaay too hard on his body.
He can enter people's dreams. He's a necromancer in the sense that if he jumps over a corpse the body will then come to life and be under his control.
Personality: Devillish, Dark, Greedy, Sarcastic, Trickster.
Habits: Instead of yarn he plays with his purple fireballs...on especially boring days he tends to burn his whiskers. He likes tormenting people and dragons by pooping in inappropriate places...he is a cat spirit after all.
Notes: Rui cannot take his collar off, the dragon king's magic has sealed it permanently. The bell is a warning signal in case you're asleep and Rui wanders by. Rui cannot eat other creatures when they're awake, only when they're asleep.
