wonderful colours! the background is perfect! the bird has a nice glow around it which picks it out nicely.
shame about the grain though, try and keep below 800iso, especially with nikons. from what i've read the cheaper models and even some of the more pricey ones suffer from pretty harsh grain at high speeds.
still, a pro photo here.
