Hopefully it'll be finished real soon..Medium: A1 paper(this is the bottom 2/3), 6H, 4H, 2H, H, F, HB~9B pencils, 0.5, 0.3 2B pacer, kneadable rubber/eraser.

update: I should've editted this a while ago.. but here goes anyway:
This is a photo of my HSC Body of Work WIP shot. The finished artwork was nominated and selected to be featured in ArtExpress, and is getting exhibited at Taree/Mannings Gallery in NSW, Australia.
..I'm going to have to catch the countrylink train. >______>

Second question: How do you blend/shade so well? Like, what tips or how did you learn..or..something <_<
because i'm in an art class, and I'm not improving as quickly as i'd like to with the blending.

Uhm, I used a wide range of pencil grades(to be specific, 6H, 4H, 2H, H, F, HB~9B), and 0.5, 0.3 2B pacers.
The pencil tips.. I like them very sharp, as sharp as possible xD, since I'm a precision freak.
Hmm.. I sort of figured/developed a tactic or some sort..(or maybe this is how it's supposed to be done, I dunno, didn't learn about these sorts of things..).. to build up the shading from 6H all the way up to 9B.
6H was used to give me guidelines/base shade, 2H was used for indicating the darker patches, and then I jump straight to 0.3 2B pacer to give the proper shading. Almost all the blending was done with the pacer.
The most important technique, I guess, is to keep the tip of the pencil gliding on the paper.
I don't use any more weight on the paper than the pencil itself excerts.. yeah.. so basically it's using the darkness/nature of the pencils rather than using strength.
Many other techniques just come flowing in as you draw more.
Mmm, blending becomes natural to your hand with lots of experiments xD
Try working off some photographs, it gives you an idea of how it could be done/develop your own style!

The shading is so real.. and their expressions look like it's out of a picture, not to mention the anatomy which is done wonderfully ;0
