Description
A secret experiment gone wrong, a person steps forth from a world yet undiscovered. What could go wrong?A quick fun sketch idea I had going o and one I did to try to get a feel on comic making. This is good overall, and I find the mysterious man coming from the portal quite off-putting- not in a bad way. More like he is unsettling, he knocks you off balance a little bit. that is extremely hard to achieve in a drawing, that creepy factor, that DANGER factor. So very very good job there.
Your style itself may be a little ill-suited to the ideal you seem to have though. If you're aiming for a danger look, you have achieved it, but I'm afraid your style limits you from progressing that further, due to the way it factors in cartoonish elements. Making an intimidating drawing in a cartoony style isn't impossible but its neither easy or as effective as other styles.
My last note is the composition of the drawing. Most artists tend to take a while to train their eye into positioning things on the page- how far to put the focus of the eye up or down, left or right, so that things don't look awkward, too big, or too small on the page. I must say, you have composition almost nailed naturally, which is impressive. Nice.

Thank you for the critique, I love your opinion and what you loved about the sketch but most importantly what you felt lacking in terms of danger mixed in a cartoon way, overall its very detailed and I hope to incorporate what you've said into a more revised sketch later on. Have a llama

I'm sorry but I really really didn't like this. I don't get this picture it just wasn't any good to me. This just didn't reach me like it would for your fans. At least I'm being honest it's better for me to be honest instead of being dishonest but yeah I didn't like the fact that the man looks a little creepy to me. Please please please don't hate me for giving you a bad review this art just isn't my taste. I know what you are probably thinking "I wish she would've lied " well this is my honest review

this nice i like it though it looks flat some shading wouldn't hert and but over all it is interesting may be u should keep this one and create anther one one the same pictuer only try to do it a pencil and draw some contour lines and do some shading but if u dont know what i mean just look it up or you tube it ok
