Aww, this is so cute! I love the star-struck expression on the snake, their cute reactions, and the heart effects; it's something that one doesn't often associate with reptiles xD. I also like how you outlined the characters, and I feel like you could use this piece as a laptop sticker 
I have two minor suggestions - first, the hand being cut off before the edge of the piece gives a feeling of abruptness; you could either crop the drawing so that the hand meets the edge, or add some kind of accessory (like a bracelet) to the hand so that it gets cut off at a defined border. Second, if possible I suggest moving the *bop* effect further away from the characters and expanding the text so it doesn't look as squished.

I'm hoping my art gives a new light on reptiles and snakes! They're really cute if you remove the stigma behind them and understand them!
I'm thinking the abrupt cutoff to the arm is something i should look at again. It does make the piece a bit abrupt
As for the *bop*, i intended it to be small and squished up like that.Β
