You should recolor the eyes. Her eyes are too bright, check [link] for the real color.

that's a rendered game image and the eyes can't be changed

The xnalara model has textures.
You can find them in the model folder.
The eye texture file should be a .TGA

A quick recolor I've just done.
The file of the eye texture is eye.tga, you can find it in the model folder.
