Norton is complete garbage, drop it when you can. If you wanna pay for AV software, get Malwarebytes Premium, if not, get Avira.

I actually did get it downloaded using an older laptop (Vista) and older IE (9).Β It still had Norton.Β I think this is a IE issue as well as Norton.
