Nice. Tried to down load it and just get Norton block. Even if I turn Norton off I still get it. I hate computers sometimes. I know it's not your picture. It's just Norton. I've tried just about everything I can try. Oh well. I still can look at the lower res. pictures.

maybe you have a virus, try adblock, if you want to remove viruses, use rKill from bleepingcomputer website then run adwcleaner from malwarebytes. then rkill after restart, and malwarebytes

Thanks. I've tried all that. Still get same issues. Black x on higher resolution. Norton block on download. I think this is an IE issue with my service provider. My service provider says nothing is wrong except maybe lack of memory or JAVA conflict. Despite this only happening at my home network group. At other sites I don't get this issue so it can't be memory or JAVA conflict. My home group has no block on sites. I posted a note in my journal on the Norton block I got from the download link.

Actually I tried AOL, Chrome and Firefox and got the same issues. Which made me wonder if it is indeed the internet provider. Especially since the Norton thing only happens on DA. The black x shows on all four browsers but again only here at home. Frontier says it's not there fault. So I have to live with it. I did search MS Help but short of reinstalling IE I've tried every thing. From what I've read reinstalling IE did not work for those that tried either. I took this computer to Best Buy and showed him images that were black x at home. They showed fine at Best Buy. They also showed fine at McDonalds. Just not here at home. I really need to have a real expert deal with it. I just can't afford anything being out of work. Thanks for the tips. For some reason one of those programs you mentioned fixed my SD card reader that was not working. Must have had a block or something. I had to uninstall adblock though. Would not handle Facebook, Pornhub and other heavily add sites well.

It's the deviantart.net that Norton is blocking.
