This is a great inner shot.
We get another chance to admire her pretty face and lovely hair--before they are digested. Her eyes and mouth wide open convey the distress she feels.

photoshop, duplicate the layer and erase everything in the layer until u get the portion of the girl you want exposed in the body then draw a inner stomach outline in location of the snake you want shown, fill it with color, mainly darkish red and add shadows, burn marks etc, for the girl in the stomach, add a color overlay over her and adjust its opacity, everything else is just your ability to work in photoshop
