Farber-Castell PITT artist pen F and Pigma Micron 02 pigment liners on Strathmore 300 Series board. (9 x 12). Scanned in and base color as well base color selection by the rest colored by me in Photoshop CS3. The background is or shall I say was a fractal byI have no story for this character. I just decided a while back to do an original 'anime' style character and had planned on coloring it in marker. It never happened so I slated it for digital color. Not too bad actually. It had been like 6 months or more since I had seen this and found myself impressed with the intricate maze-like structure of the hair

Nah, I don't think it's too much going on in it, and I wouldn't give two cents about folks on here giving it a second look, I think it just might be too innocent for their taste buds. What attarcted me to it, was the skill level and the fact that it is a lot going on with the colors and the effects. Trust me, if it were that little blue eyed half naked Faire girl (that I am in love with) in this pic, it would be just as popular.

Thank you. I'll take that compliment because I worked very hard to engineer the colors. Mostly to balance the colors. Whats funny is that I used to not care so much, but now I do
