Edit: By recommendation of ~Lightsofthenights and =Corvidae65 , I have sharpened it.I considered a square crop, but then I lose the pretty purpley-blue at the top.

I like it. I enjoy the purple color at the top of the background more than the rest of the background. It would look good in a square crop rather than a verticl format, but this works too.
I do agree with the above poster that it might could use some sharpening, but other than that not much else.
I like the water drops and the reflections that can be seen in them. Nice work

It's hard to take a sharp shot at that slow shutter speed, especially while it's sprinkling.

You see these blue parts in the background?
Try to move the camera in a way that you have a good contrasting background in luminance and colour.
Or try putting a face behind the flower, that's funny^^

It rains a moderate amount here. It was still sprinkling when I took the shot, so it was tricky to keep from getting my camera wet.

I don't think you should edit it. I like the fuzzy background; I think it makes the flower really stand out.
