[Cut and paste from abandoned account sub.]This is Thrax! He's the killer virus, street lord, and all-around thug from the awesome movie, Osmosis Jones. Also known by his fellow hoods as "The Red Death", this ladies' man enjoys the stench of death, committing arson, and runnin' from da' cops. Of course, I fell in love with this guy... because, you know... that's the law. X)

Thanks a lot, this was a lot of fun to do X} Interestingly, I did this back when I was new to Digital art, and was trying out a bunch of different styles, so its great to hear I managed to make it work!
So people out there actually think he only has boots on? Then how do they think Thrax is able to grab hold of the bottom of his trench coat when he flies? Haha XD

According to a drawing here, there's little pockets on the ends, but I never saw any in the movie, I saw him grab it with his feet xD
I mean, yes he IS wearing boots but you can STILL see the two individual toes, they remind me of Jika-Tabi shoes from asia xD

When I first came to DA, I wasn't sure how picky this site was with the "rougher" stuff next to some other art sites I've been to. But since I've been here long enough to know its not taken to be such a big deal, I'll lift the Mature mark

Thrax is one of the best cartoon characters ever. Too bad he had to be in some obscure little film for about nine minutes...Not that I counted or anything.
This is pretty damn badass, there's no doubt he's a villain. Looks like there's a bit of raptor influence going on here.

Right from the start, I knew I'd fall for Thrax, mostly for his well put together character design ('bet it must have been hard coming up with any design for a microscopic organism), and also the wise choice of a voice actor for him.
