I used to have a room mate who was Cambodian, and had me try pig intestines.

I believe they're normal street food in asia (where I'm from, too). And yes, they could be quite good!
My cousin, who grew up in the US, tried it and wounded up in the hospital... I think his stomach isn't used to such food...
