I personally think this couple is cuter than ItalyxGermany and Fem!ItalyxGermany couples!
I always imagined that one day France did a friendly dare on Italy to spy on Germany while he undresses. Italy dose so and discovers that under Germany's tank top was a bunch of bandages.
At first Italy's like, "OMG! Germany got hurt!" untill Germany looks in the mirror and talks to himself. But the words are England's magic spells! Slowly, the more masculane muscles collects on his chest to form uh... you know. Then Germany losends her hair and sighs, "Finally! I can breathe again!" At this time Italy had passed out from shock. Germany was actually a woman who asked England to turn her into a man so she'd look more heroic for her fellow countries because she was embarrassed!
This would have made a great fanfic, but theres not much to go on now.
