I think that Teto was walking along like a boss when a Shark with legs wearing underwear on his head attacked her, then said "shhhh, you're dead" so Teto is playing dead in this. She's still alive. But she has to play dead because the shark with legs and underwear on his head told her to. So Miku is being fooled.
