A week had passed since the missing children were found. Since then, a lot has happened. When Discord and Fluttershy were first taken to the draconequi Kingdom, there was a lot of talking. A lot of talking. But Emperor Aeugus, Lady Sofia, and Discord all agreed that it was only right to make the draconequus known to world once again but in time. So Discord and Fluttershy sworn to keep the secret until they agreed it was the right time. This involved Discord in a lot of meetings with the rulers of the Draconequi, which meant frequent visits. When the parents of the other missing children asked of their whereabouts Fluttershy assured them, in time, they would be able to tell. And while Twilight was reluctant, they put their trust in their friend. In one of the discussions, Lady Sofia posed the question to Discord if he'd return to his rightful place as the ruler of the draconequus. After a deep conversation with his wife, he kindly declined, seeing as he had a new position amongst his new home. "Besides it seems as though you have handled ruling over our kind well over the years." he commented. Finally, after weeks of discussion and preparation, the day came.

Lily tred across the starry-like landscape. She approached a nearby stream as she sat near the edge. Her fur tussled in a soft wind as she took in a deep breath. Soon, soft foot steps filled the area as Lily flicked her ears. A smile came across her face. "Hello Joseph." The young draconequus made his way to her side as he sat next to her. "Today's the big day." he said. "I know, I can't believe it." "Everyone's getting ready, I assume it's only a matter of time before heading out." It was quiet for a few moments before Joseph continued, "Lily, what's your world like?" "Well, it's certainly not like this one." she started, "But it's beautiful." She looked out across the sky as she continued, "I still can't believe that I'm not the only one. Compared to the others, I'm now just another draconequus." "You're anything but another draconequus, Lily." Joseph said. They looked at one another with a gleaming stare. Joseph was entranced by those hypnotic spiral eyes. "It's going to be a lot I'm sure," Lily said, "And I know it might be rough at first but I know it's the right thing to do." Joseph leaned down as he pressed his forehead to hers. Something in Lily stirred as she felt an instinct wash over her as she pressed her forehead back. They rubbed against one another for a few moments before Joseph pulled back. "You're the strongest draconequus I've ever known, you can take on anything." Lily's tail curled as she couldn't stop smiling. The two looked back to the sky as they enjoyed the beauty. "We oughtta head back soon, don't want to miss the biggest day of our lives." "Just a few more seconds." Lily replied as her tail laid next to his. Joseph, without looking at her, began to wrap his tail around hers as she did the same. Looking to the sky, they watched a star race across as they took in the moment.

After so many years, IT'S DONE! I know it's not as much story than the previous parts but I couldn't think of a better way to end Lily's Quest. Now I can finally post something I've been holding onto for a very long time...
