Oh BOI! This one's a lot to unload so let's get started!

1) Light and Mythic were actually engaged for about a year and a half before being able to get married. He proposed to her one lovely summer night. He managed to gather enough fireflies to spell out the big question and than proceed to sing her a little serenade. They were at first scedulded to get married 3 months after the proposal when something came up. So after everything finally gets settled, Mythic and Light are finally able to get married at the age of 26.

2) Now Light and Mythic didn't have kids right away. They were, a little busy in the first year as husband and wife. But when they were finally ready to have foals, a few obstacles stood in their way. For some reason Light wasn't able to concieve a foal. They would make doctor appointments to get everything checked, and they didn't find anything wrong. The docotors suggested she might be sterile. This crushed the couple at the thought and in some ways, Sombra and Celestia felt responsible for their daughter's inability to produce a foal. After all, the King and Queen were moons old when they had Light and could be the reason. But that didn't stop Light and Mythic from trying. Light was 33 when she was finally able to get pregnant and it was such a sweet moment. She was going about her day when she noticed she was feeling a little different. She felt uneasy and quite queasy when it came to eating her favorite food. Mythic noticed this immidiantly and suggested taking a preganancy test. Sure enough, it came up positive. Everyone was overjoyed for the new little bundle and 9 months, in comes their little bundle of joy. It came as a great shock to find that Light didn't just give birth to an alicorn, but a male alicorn foal. It was unheard of, there were only female alicorns and in the case an alicorn did give birth to a male, he would be a powerful unicorn. Regardless of what might have been, Light and Mythic were never more happy to have their son, Turquoise Bond.

3) Turquoise was such a calm baby, even for an alicorn. He did have some fair shares with his magic, like any other newborn unicorn (or alicorn) with magic, but Light and Mythic didn't mind in the slightest. Turquoise was their whole world to them. A very happy baby he was. While Light would work important diplomatic measures, Mythic was sure to care for little Turq. He was always there for Light. The family couldn't be happier...

4) Turquoise wasn't even 2 yet before Light and Mythic discovered he would become an older brother. You could say that was Turquoise's birthday present, though he would half to wait a couple months before it'd arrive. It was truly a blessing and they were excited for Turq to get another playmate. Yes, Lil' Melody Light came one cold and windy night just a week before Hearts Warming. Turquoise was back at home with his Papa Sombra and Nana Tia when in came tumbling Papa Mythic, supporting Light as she held a very small and petit baby. Of course her parents were mortified, scodling her not getting to the hospital and such, but couldn't keep mad at her for very long. I mean look at that little bundle in her hooves! Turquoise was very curious at the newcomer as his father reminded him of his special birthday gift. When Turquoise very softly rested his muzzle at her forehead, he snuggled beside her and refused to be moved for the rest of the night.

5) The parent life, such a beautiful journey. Light and Mythic are very close to their children. Turquoise is mama's little boy. Naturally, when Turquoise was born he was closer to mama for a number of reasons. Mama Light was his protector, his shield. She would love to hold him in her hooves and gently fly while singing a lulluaby. As he got older, he would love to act just like daddy! He would wobble after him, wear his oversized armour, and practice magic. And it's no question that Lil' Melody is Daddy's Princess. As a baby she would try her best to get her body from the ground to fly with big brother. Papa Mythic would help her out with his magic as she would flutter those little wings.

6) Yes the family was happy and loved one another very much.

7) Now a little bit more about Melody and Turquoise:

Melody inherited a beautiful voice unlike any other. She loved to sing. Even as a young foal, she was very vocal. With lessons from Mommy and Daddy, Melody's voice grew more and more beautiful. When she gets older, she would begin to write music. Along with a beautiful voice, came such a sweet and innocent personality. But she can't take the crown when it comes to being sweet, yes older brother Turquoise is what ponies would call "a heart of gold". He's always thinking of others and ready to stand up for what is right. He doesn't hesitate to lend a helping hoof. It was actually really hard not to like Turq because of how nice he is. Although he is an all around nice guy, doesn't mean he can't get mean when needed.

8) Turquoise and Melody are close. Because Turq is the older brother, it's more than just getting into brother and sister shenanigans. That's his little sister. He won't hesitate to use his magic to protect his family. For the most part, their childhood was like any other kids until one faithful day. Not everyone is going to like you just because your royalty or your a nice individual. Meldoy was 10 and the family was out on vacation. The kids were playing with other foals when Melody was approached by some older colts. And being naive and welcoming, Lilttle Melody blindly trusted them when they said there was a balloon stand around the corner. Turquoise realized his sister wasn't in sight and went in search for her. The older colts were sure to surround her on each side so she wouldn't run away as she happily thought about getting a balloon. Turns out they hated the royal family and decided to take it out in theere own little punching bag. They grabbed her and begin to beat the poor little filly. They tripped her, hit her, and pulled her hair. "You stupid alicorns are power freaks!" "What makes you special?" "I hate your stupid face!" Melody was in such shock she couldn't process everthing going on but one thing she did know is that it hurt. When Turquoise turned the corner, his blood went to ice at the sight. As he saw his little sister lay defenseless on the ground, he called out the bullies and rushed to her aid. He stood over her body, standing up bold and couragously. Turq was slightly shorter than the other colts as they planned to beat him too when Turquoise used his magic and for the first time used the old time of the Canterlot voice. It terrified the colts as they ran away. Turquoise was able to clean Melody up before getting her to proper care. There wasn't a moment where he didn't leave her side. In the midst of it all, Turquoise didn't even notice the new found cutie mark that laid on his flank. One of Turq and Mel's favorite thing to do together is pick flowers and place them in one another's mane.

9) *not cannon* Light's not the only one with alternate world siblings. Somehow, Turquoise and Melody's magic were fizzing out one day and ended up someplace else. They weren't home buut it was Canterlot. That's when they ran into three ponies with a striking resemblance. The oldest, Cressida, offered to help them find there way as well as introduce them to her younger siblings, Anastasia and Little Leo. Turquoise was uneasy at first, not really sure if he could trust them. But when the three kiddos brought them o their parents, to Turq and Mel's shock, was Mythic and Light. After getting things situated, Turq and Mel were able to go home but not without having a fun time with their interdimentional siblings. (Designs of Cressida, Anastasia, and Little Leo EvelynCat )

10) Growing up, these two would become find rulers of Equestria. Turquoise taking a great resemblance to Grandpa Sombra. Things would be at peace for awhile until many years later.....
