It's a beautiful picture. I do think you could have made the snout a bit, er, fatter. Also the area between the eyes that goes to the mouth seems a bit overly sloped. But I do think the shading is fantastic, along with the feeling of the picture.

For a second I thought the wolf's nose was the glowing light.

ah, well I had a bit of trouble on where to place the light, because if it was too low, it didn't look like the wolf's eyes were looking at it, and if I moved it to the right, it was the same thing. So I decided to just keep it there. XD
