I'm not good at giving comments, so I apologize if this sounds dumb. I just couldn't stand seeing such a beautiful painting with zero comments!
This is absolutely gorgeous. I love the smooth, flowing strokes. And the hair! Aaaah, the coloring/shading of the hair is so amazing. I am extremely envious of your skills.
I am curious; when you start on a new piece, do you already have what you want to create all planned out in your head, or do you just go with the flow? I'm asking because I used to do the former, then I got frustrated with how different everything would turn out in comparison to what I had originally intended, so now I tend to just go with the flow and not really have any clear picture in my head as I'm drawing, and I wonder what your mindset is like when you're drawing.

Thank you for your lovely comment. Most of the time I have a composition sketched out on another page, which I refer to as I'm working on the final illustration. But some decisions I make sort of come out of nowhere. It depends if I'm doing an illustration for myself or for a client
