I'm not entirely sure if this is a collage or what, since it is nothing but scrapbook paper....Anyway! She didn't scan so great as I had to scan her in four parts, but she is 13x13 inches and is meade entirely of cut and pasted scrapbook paper. THERE IS NO PEN OR MARKER IN THIS ANYWHERE.
She took about 15 hours plus.

I still don't know how you can sit down and make yourself do tedious things like this. But, as usual, you made something really beautiful with that time. I really like the detail in the hair and the hands; the red nails really stick out.
I can only imagine how frustrating it was to glue all these little pieces of paper together! D:

Some of the littlest stuff seemed more inclined to glue to my fingers than to the picture. my floor is littered with tiny paper scraps xD

Oh man, it would suck so bad to try and vaccum them all up. You'd think you had them all gone, and then they'd come back.

It's amazing how you did the little details on the hair and stuff. Whoa. I really thought it was drawin, it's so neat! How does the teqnique work?

I drew a sketch out on paper of what i wanted, and then would lay pieces of tracing paper over it and trace out the shape i needed for each layer. Then i'd hold the tracing paper over the scrapbook paper and cut it out. It was time consuming, but not too hard to do.
