Max manage to captured Simon and Wave. I think Max is fond of them. Maybe he like those two guys for a specific reason. Who knows but he seems to enjoy himself tying them up, even so those to don't know what they have ahead which they look uncomfortable.They'll find out later once Max is done with tapping Wave's mouth up.
