To be the Director of SOLDIER, one has to:
*look like a cinnamon roll, act like a cinnamon roll, make sure none of the SOLDIERs feel any competition
*be able to fuck the shit up regardless
*encourage the subordinates to do their actual job, coax them gently and sometimes bribe them with a cup of premium quality coffee
*engage in their obsessions and compliment the things they like
*be the emotional bridge between their internal world and the reality
*always remember that boys will be boys
*fight for them like they're family
*know how to end fights before they begin.

STILL haven't decided on my comic- style. I quite enjoy the massive thigh-gaps, though
