Hi! I am ~black-miss and I am contributor of #FotoManipulationz . I am here to give critique.

My Critique:

So, this picture is very nice but there are some mistakes.
On this picture is good:
You chose very good background.
You chose nice model.
Wings are really good placed on model.

On this picture is bad or not so bad, but could be better:
Clouds and moon look like they are in the room.Maybe it would be better if you made all top part of picture look like sky.
On one place where snake is entering in the wall (second from right) it looks like it's leaving the wall on the same place.No offence, but it doesn't look much realistic.

My general opinion on the picture is that it's very well done, you just need to work on some details more, but it's clearly seen that you're very skilled.
