The training area is located in the Forest of Naphtalonia, a small village based in Chemicania, a small country next to the Federal republic of Germaney and Royal Kingdom of Equestria. Nopony else in the whole wide world got in touch with Snowflake's maneuvers, as no flight academy is even teaching how to perform them. All maneuvers, have been invented by Snowflake, which he hasn't shared with the world for a good reason.
