Because they're just a fan of the character/film. You'd think that if they were the CREATOR of this character, there'd be much more detail (and actual art, perhaps) of this character and the film that was made. But instead, all they have is a low-quality screenshot picture. And they don't give any details about anything. If they were part of the animation crew that designed the character to begin with, they'd type better and have lots more to say than just "this is snowdrop", don't you think?
