I love Raiga....it was a tie between him and Renga as my favorite honestly, but I love the cool old chief! He's amazing, his design I just want to draw more of.... and he just has this powerful/respectful vibe to him xD

SO the old chief is showing the youngsters how to high-kick! The younglings are impressed, and one of them ((the brown haired one)) was a background character and I thought he looked adorable, so he brought his friend I randomly designed based off another background character he was talking to as one point on page 64 of Tale of Two Hearts. I figure they asked Raiga to show them some moves, and he was more than happy to show off, but encourage them to not try it till they're a bit older and had some training xD
