"The Time Weaver"

While he doesn't possess the ability to manipulate time, Braxyis can warp reality and create rips in it that lead to other dimension, be it simple pocket dimensions or completely different realities. Being a minor god of destruction, he was once created to serve Oblivia, the goddess of Chaos and creation, but has since gained enough power to be independent from her and even come to a point where he does not need to worry about obeying the Sky gods' commands. Most have forgotten he even existed and he has grown to becoming nothing more that a mere tale told to kids at bedtime. Rumor has it that if he chose to unleash himself upon our world, he could rip this reality to shreds- or repair any damage done should he wish to do so.
But, luckily for mortal kind, he doesn't care to interfere much and is more of an observer.
